MedySeva is tackling this issue by establishing local clinics where trained medical staff can attend to patients and connect them to expert doctors through teleconsultation when needed. This model reduces travel time, cuts cost for families, and ensures faster health interventions.
Over the past year, MedySeva has recorded more than one lakh consultations, showing the growing trust and reliance of rural communities on accessible healthcare services. Expanding the Phygital Network
With the new funding, MedySeva is preparing for a major expansion phase. The startup plans to open over 500 phygital healthcare centers across India within the next 18 to 24 months. The team is also looking to grow its consultation volume to over two lakh patients annually, supported by stronger operational systems and deeper on-ground partnerships.
