Clueso, an agentic video platform for businesses, has raised USD 10 million in a Series A round. The round was led by Dharana Capital.

Founders Future and Neotribe Ventures joined as new investors. Y Combinator and f7 Ventures also participated. The round takes Clueso’s total funding to USD 12 million.

What Clueso Builds

Clueso builds AI agents that understand a company’s products, processes, brand and context. Those agents then create and maintain video across the organisation.

The company started by helping customer-facing teams make product tutorials faster. Akash Anand, co-founder and CEO, said the same problem turned up in marketing, sales, training and internal documentation. That showed the opportunity was much larger.

Clueso now positions itself as an AI video production team that any team in a company can rely on. It handles creating, editing and maintaining videos as the business changes.

Customers And Claimed Results

More than 1,000 companies use the platform for marketing, customer success, education, onboarding and training videos.

Customers include Atlassian, Zendesk, Gainsight, GlobalPartners, Seismic and Ironclad. Clueso says users have reported productivity gains of over five times and an 80 percent reduction in video production costs.

Those figures are the company’s own claims rather than audited outcomes. They are also the core of its pitch to enterprise buyers.

Where The Money Goes

Clueso will use the funding to scale its enterprise go-to-market reach. It also plans to deepen the agentic layer and expand editing capabilities.

The company was founded in 2023 by Akash Anand, Prajwal Prakash and Neel Balar, all IIT Madras alumni. It operates out of California and Bengaluru.

Why Investors Are Backing It

Vamsi Duvvuri is Founder and Managing Partner at Dharana Capital. He said AI is turning video from static media files into living, context-aware assets that adapt as products and processes change. Clueso is building infrastructure for that shift, he said.

The thesis is straightforward. Most companies now need far more video than they can produce, and the bottleneck is maintenance rather than filming. Clueso is selling software that keeps those videos current without a production team.

That is a narrow problem with a wide surface. Marketing, support, training and internal docs all need the same thing, and none of them want to hire for it.
