Bengaluru-based startup Mojro Technologies has raised $5.5 million in its Series A funding round. The round includes $3 million led by IAN Alpha Fund, along with participation from 1Crowd and existing investors. It also includes a $2.5 million extension funded by Dallas Venture Capital. Key Venture worked as the financial advisor for this deal.
Funds to Support Expansion and Product Growth
Mojro will use the fresh funding to grow its business in international markets, especially in the US and Southeast Asia. The company also plans to hire more people across product, engineering, and sales teams.
A key focus will be building AI-powered tools that can help companies improve supply chain planning, manage risks better, and make faster decisions in real time. Dallas Venture Capital will also support Mojro through its DVC Advantage program, helping the startup connect with global clients and expand in markets like the US and the Middle East.

Journey from Startup to Global SaaS Company
Mojro was founded in 2016 by Kishan Aswath, Amit Kulkarni, Ranganath Seetharamu, and Swaminath Jeyachandran. The company first started as a marketplace for supply chains but later shifted to a B2B SaaS model.
Today, Mojro is growing as a global company, with more than 60% of its revenue coming from international markets like the US, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. It works with over 30 well-known companies, including Unilever, Godrej Consumer Products, and Asian Paints.
AI Platform Helping Businesses Save Costs
Mojro offers a smart logistics platform that uses AI, machine learning, and data to improve supply chain operations. Its products help companies plan routes, track deliveries in real time, fix location issues, and optimise loading.
The company says its solution can reduce logistics costs by up to 20% within 90 days. In one example, Mojro helped a large Indian FMCG company reduce delivery time from three days to one day while also cutting costs. With the demand for AI in logistics growing fast, Mojro is now focusing on scaling its technology and expanding its global presence.
