Shamrock AI has raised USD 5 million, or about Rs 47.4 crore, in a seed funding round led by Endiya Partners. Capria Ventures also participated. It is the Shillong-headquartered startup’s first institutional round.
Shamrock AI builds an agentic assurance platform. The product helps large enterprises deploy AI agents across critical business processes and keep them working reliably in complex environments.

What The Platform Does
Shamrock AI was founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Anuraag Nallapati and Michael Gallagher. The core of the platform is an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph.
That graph connects business processes, systems, data and configurations. It gives AI agents context about how a particular enterprise actually operates, which is the part most agent deployments get wrong.
The startup is starting with a narrow and painful problem. It uses AI agents to automate testing across large enterprise resource planning transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
Testing and validating business processes repeatedly also builds a more accurate picture of an enterprise’s operations. Shamrock AI plans to use that base to move into data observability and autonomous business process automation.
Where The Money Goes
The fresh capital will accelerate product development and expand the team across India and the United States. It will also fund go-to-market efforts and an expansion into the Middle East.
The hiring plan is India-heavy. Shamrock AI expects 70 to 80 percent of its workforce to be based in India. A client-facing team will be built in the US. It has offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco alongside its Shillong headquarters.
Customers
Shamrock AI says it already serves multiple Fortune 500 customers. That list includes a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 healthcare company.
Those are not small logos for a company founded this year. It also explains why the pitch is about reliability rather than speed. Enterprises will run agents on core processes only if someone can show the agents behave as expected.
The Market Behind It
The round lands in a busy stretch for enterprise AI. Indian AI startups raised USD 438 million across 35 deals in the third quarter of 2026, up 265 percent year on year.
Investors are specifically backing companies that help enterprises put AI to work across business functions. Parallel Loop raised USD 6.6 million in a seed round led by 3one4 Capital. It helps enterprises integrate AI into existing systems and workflows.
Clueso raised USD 10 million in a Series A led by Dharana Capital. It automates enterprise video creation and updates using AI agents. Shamrock AI sits in the same layer, but on the assurance side, which is where deployments tend to stall.
