US-based AI fleet technology company Netradyne has announced the acquisition of Moove Connected Mobility, a Netherlands-based fleet intelligence firm. The deal, revealed on May 5, 2026, marks Netradyne’s entry into the European market and highlights its plan to grow globally.
Netradyne was founded in 2015 by Avneesh Agrawal and David Julian. The company builds AI-powered solutions that help improve fleet safety and performance. Its main product, Driver.i, uses smart cameras and data to track driver behaviour, analyse every trip, and give real-time alerts to improve driving habits.
Moove Deal to Strengthen Europe Presence
Moove Connected Mobility, founded in 2017 and based in Utrecht, focuses on improving fleet operations using telematics, IoT, and data analytics. It helps companies manage fuel usage, vehicle performance, and driver safety more efficiently.
With this acquisition, Netradyne plans to combine its advanced AI technology with Moove’s strong local knowledge and customer base in Europe. CEO Avneesh Agrawal said that Europe is a key part of the company’s long-term growth strategy.
After the deal, Moove will become “Netradyne Europe” and will act as the company’s main hub for operations, partnerships, and customer engagement in the region.
