Enterprise AI startup AuxoAI has raised $20.7 million in a Series A round led by NTTVC. The Silicon Valley venture capital firm was formed in partnership with Japan’s NTT group. AuxoAI will use the money to expand its global team of AI specialists.
The round also drew angel participation. George Still Jr., partner emeritus at Norwest Venture Partners and a longtime Workday board member, invested. So did Amit Zavery, president, chief product officer and chief operating officer at ServiceNow, and Giacomo Sonnino, managing director at Charlesbank Capital Partners.

What AuxoAI Does
AuxoAI was founded in 2023 by Amaresh Tripathy, Arvinder Pal Singh and Kabir Singh. The company is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. It works with large enterprises to find where AI can be used, redesign business processes and build systems that run in daily operations. The gap it fills is context, because general purpose AI tools do not understand a company’s own processes.
The company runs a Forward Deployed Engineering model. AI strategists and engineers sit with the customer, study the operation and build production-ready tools. AuxoAI has worked with more than 40 clients across manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare and telecom. It has also built Damia, an internal workbench that reuses knowledge from earlier deployments.
What The Fresh Capital Will Fund
AuxoAI will put the $20.7 million into proprietary technology and AI-native delivery capability. The company also plans to hire more specialists and deepen partnerships in its key markets. Its customer list includes healthcare technology firm athenahealth and restaurant chain Fogo de Chao.
Google Cloud And AWS Ties
In April 2026, AuxoAI announced a partnership with Google Cloud under the Gemini Enterprise transformation programme. That programme is tied to Google’s $750 million fund for its partner ecosystem. AuxoAI is also an AWS Advanced Tier partner.
What The Founders And NTTVC Say
The co-founders said in a joint statement that AI will change how enterprises work, but technology alone will not make it happen. They said the aim is to bring AI into the operating fabric of the enterprise. Vab Goel, founding partner of NTTVC, said the founders combine technical ambition with human instinct. He said that mix earns trust with customers.
The cheque adds to a busy year for enterprise AI services. Investors are funding firms that deploy AI inside large companies, not only those that build models. AuxoAI now has to show that its delivery model works at a much larger scale.
