Vytalyou, a Mumbai-based doctor-led longevity and preventive healthcare startup, has raised Rs 9 crore in a pre-Series A round. The round values it at about Rs 33 crore, as per the company.

Funding and expansion

Chetan Jain of Pharma Dose and Ratan Jain of Venus Industries invested in the round, the company said. No institutional venture capital fund participated. Vytalyou said it will use the capital to expand its network of Incremental Lifestyle Clinics in Mumbai.

The expansion is set to take the network to three centres, including the existing Powai facility, as per the company. Vytalyou plans to open 10 locations across India in the coming years. The startup was founded in 2025 by molecular oncologist Dr. Chirantan Bose and radiologist Dr. Preetesh Bhandari.

Screening and personalised care

The company said its clinics offer pathology, radiology, cardio-respiratory assessments and body composition evaluations. Its services also include genetic and cancer screening, gut microbiome evaluation, personalised IV therapies and regenerative interventions. It offers non-invasive pain management for chronic musculoskeletal conditions, as per the company.

Its Predictive Longevity Evaluation uses an AI-based algorithm to assess a person’s health profile, biological ageing and future health risks, the company said. Doctors review the findings and prepare medically supervised plans. These may include lifestyle guidance, further assessments and therapeutic programmes focused on cellular and mitochondrial health.

Vytalyou said patients are followed up, with programmes adjusted over time. “Our focus is on increasing healthy years of life,” Dr. Bose said, describing the algorithm as a way to help doctors build a broader picture of organ systems and tailor programmes.

“Compounding data from blood work and radiological scans lets us see human physiology at a deeper level,” Dr. Bhandari said. He said the approach targets disease mechanisms through cellular repair and regeneration.

Health and consumer startups have kept the early-stage market busy. Kiddo’s Rs 12.5 crore round and Flyhire International (OPC) Private Limited Begins a New Cha are two recent examples.
