The Bengaluru-based wearable tech startup said it will use the capital for product development across sensing, AI, miniaturised electronics, health algorithms, clinical science and research. Entrackr first reported the round on Tuesday based on Ultrahuman’s regulatory filings.

Entrackr’s earlier estimates pegged the company’s post-money valuation at around $363 million, a 65% jump from its previous Series B valuation. Ultrahuman had previously raised $35 million in Series B funding and $17.5 million in Series A funding in October 2022.

These products track physiological, biochemical, metabolic and environmental data. The company has also added research initiatives such as Pulsomics, an opt-in platform that allows Ring users to participate in health studies. Current programmes focus on sleep, VO2 Max and glucose metabolism.

Other features include AFib Detection, Cycle and Ovulation Pro and cardiovascular fitness age, along with PowerPlugs for additional health-related capabilities.

Strong FY25 numbers

Ultrahuman reported Rs 565 crore in revenue and Rs 73 crore profit after tax in FY25. The company had projected revenue of around Rs 1,000 crore for FY26 as it looked to expand further in international markets.

Founded by two-time founders

Ultrahuman was founded by Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, who sold their logistics startup Runnr to Zomato in 2017. The fresh capital gives the company room to build deeper health science around its devices while it pushes into more markets.
