Boldfit has raised over Rs 400 crore, or nearly USD 42 million, in its Series B round. The Bengaluru-based sports brand’s round was led by Bharat Value Fund. That fund is managed by The Wealth Company Alternates, part of the Pantomath Group.
Existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners also participated. The company plans to use the fresh funds for nationwide retail expansion, product innovation and manufacturing.
Who Led The Boldfit Round
Bharat Value Fund led the round through The Wealth Company Alternates. Bessemer Venture Partners, which had backed Boldfit earlier, returned as an existing investor.

Cricketer KL Rahul is among the brand’s existing investors. The company had also raised USD 8.37 million from existing backers, including Rahul.
Boldfit said it will also selectively pursue inorganic opportunities. That points to acquisitions meant to widen its presence and capabilities across categories.
The Boldfit Business
Boldfit was co-founded in 2018 by Pallav Bihani and Aasshna Guptaa. It runs an e-commerce platform selling sports and fitness products.
Its categories include apparel, fitness equipment, nutrition supplements and accessories. The portfolio covers sports such as basketball, cycling, football, volleyball, badminton and cricket, with over 400 products.
The company says it serves more than 2 crore customers annually. It is also building up integrated product development and manufacturing capabilities, with an emphasis on innovation and quality.
Boldfit’s stated ambition is to build a sports brand for a billion Indians. That goal runs through product innovation, manufacturing and nationwide distribution.
FY25 Numbers: Revenue And Profit
Boldfit has not yet filed its FY26 financials. Its last reported year showed sharp growth on both counts.
Operating revenue jumped 2.17 times to Rs 304 crore in FY25 from Rs 140 crore in FY24. Profit rose 2.08 times to Rs 35 crore in FY25, from Rs 16.82 crore a year earlier.
What Comes Next For Boldfit
The sports and fitness segment has drawn other money this year. Agilitas, a sportswear platform, raised Rs 225 crore in June 2026. Nexus Venture Partners and Rainmatter, the investment arm of Zerodha, led that round.
PlayBlue raised USD 2.7 million in seed funding in July 2026 from Centre Court Capital, MIXI Global and WEH Ventures. That round will fund an omnichannel sports retail business with a pan-India platform and flagship stores.
For Boldfit, the Series B gives it room to move from e-commerce into retail and manufacturing. Whether the brand can hold its margins while opening stores will be the number to watch.
