Indian SaaS startup Mojro has successfully raised $3 million (approximately ₹27 crore) in a fresh funding round, marking an important milestone in its growth journey. The round was led by IAN Group’s IAN Alpha Fund, with participation from existing investor 1Crowd and other stakeholders. This new capital will enable the Bengaluru-based logistics technology company to accelerate product development, expand globally, and strengthen its team across key markets.

Founded in 2016 by Kishan Aswath, Amit Kulkarni, and Ranganath Seetharamu, Mojro operates as a B2B SaaS platform that combines artificial intelligence, machine learning, and operations research to improve supply chain planning and execution. Over the years, the startup has built a strong presence in industries such as retail, consumer goods, dairy, courier services, and e-commerce, helping enterprises tackle complex logistics challenges in real-world scenarios.

With more than 60% of its revenue already coming from overseas markets, Mojro plans to use the fresh funding to deepen its presence in the United States and Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. The company also intends to grow its engineering, product, and sales teams both in India and internationally to support its expansion strategy.

AI-Driven Optimisation for Modern Supply Chains

At the core of Mojro’s offering lies its AI-powered optimisation engine. The platform enables enterprises to manage routing complexities, delivery timelines, vehicle capacities, and operational constraints efficiently. By leveraging data-driven intelligence, Mojro helps companies streamline distribution planning while aiming to reduce logistics costs significantly.

In an era where supply chain disruptions and rising logistics expenses are pressing concerns, businesses are increasingly turning to automation and AI-based tools for smarter decision-making. Mojro’s platform provides actionable insights and optimisation strategies that not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance customer service levels through timely and reliable deliveries.

The startup follows a usage-based pricing model, allowing businesses to scale their investment based on operational demand. This approach has made the solution attractive for large enterprises seeking flexible and scalable logistics technology without being locked into rigid subscription structures.

The latest funding round reflects growing investor confidence in supply chain SaaS platforms that offer measurable ROI and scalable growth potential. As industries continue to digitise their operations, the need for AI-powered logistics platforms is expected to increase steadily.

Looking Ahead

Going forward, Mojro plans to enhance its AI capabilities further by introducing advanced predictive optimisation and risk modelling features. The company aims to position itself as a global logistics SaaS leader, supporting enterprises in building resilient, cost-effective, and adaptive supply chains.

With fresh funding, expanding global traction, and a strong technology foundation, Mojro’s growth journey highlights how Indian SaaS startups are gaining recognition in solving complex global logistics challenges through innovation and intelligent automation.
