Logistics technology startup WheelsEye has reported operating revenue of around ₹243 crore for the financial year ending March 2025 (FY25). The Gurugram-based company continued its steady growth trajectory as demand for digital logistics and fleet management solutions increased across India’s trucking ecosystem.
WheelsEye operates a logistics SaaS platform that connects truck owners, fleet operators, and businesses. Through its platform, the company provides services such as vehicle tracking, FASTag solutions, logistics software, and transportation booking for enterprises.
The company has been focusing on digitising the trucking industry by offering technology tools that improve efficiency, tracking, and operational management for fleet operators.
Revenue Growth Driven by Logistics Services
As per Entrackr, the company’s ₹243 crore revenue in FY25 reflects a gradual rise compared to previous financial years. WheelsEye earns a major portion of its income through trucking services facilitated on its platform. Businesses use the platform to book trucks and manage transportation requirements, while fleet owners gain access to a wider network of customers.
Apart from transportation services, the company also generates revenue from GPS tracking devices, subscription-based logistics software, and other digital solutions designed for fleet operators.

These services have helped WheelsEye diversify its revenue streams while strengthening its role as a technology partner for logistics companies.
Losses Remain Largely Flat
Despite the increase in revenue, WheelsEye’s losses remained largely stable during FY25. The company continues to invest in technology infrastructure, platform development, and operational expansion, which contributes to overall expenses.
At the same time, WheelsEye has been working to optimise its cost structure and improve operational efficiency. Stable losses alongside rising revenue indicate the company is moving toward a more balanced and sustainable business model.
As India’s logistics sector continues to adopt digital platforms, WheelsEye aims to expand its network of truck operators and enterprises while strengthening its technology-driven logistics ecosystem.
