Gurugram-based proptech startup OfficeBanao has raised nearly $4 million (around ₹34–35 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, along with participation from other investors. This latest funding highlights growing investor confidence in startups that are transforming India’s commercial real estate and office interiors segment.
Founded in 2022, OfficeBanao offers end-to-end workspace interior solutions, including design, procurement, and project execution. The startup aims to streamline the highly unorganised office interiors market by using a technology-first approach, helping businesses create efficient and modern workspaces without the usual delays and cost overruns.
Funding to Boost Expansion and Technology Capabilities
The company plans to utilise the newly raised capital to expand its operations across key metro cities while also entering emerging Tier II markets. A portion of the funds will also be invested in enhancing its technology platform and strengthening its internal team.
