Consumer health startup Mosaic Wellness has raised Rs 200 crore (approximately $21 million) in a fresh funding round led by alternative asset manager 360 ONE Asset. The latest investment highlights growing investor confidence in India’s fast-expanding digital health and wellness sector. As part of the transaction, early investor Spring Marketing Capital has partially exited its stake while still retaining a portion of its holding in the company.

The Mumbai-based startup plans to utilise the newly raised capital to invest in new opportunities within the consumer health ecosystem. The funds will help the company expand its digital infrastructure, strengthen its product portfolio, and scale its direct-to-consumer brands across India.

Digital-first brands driving expansion

Founded in 2020, Mosaic Wellness operates multiple digital-first wellness brands that focus on different aspects of personal health. Its portfolio includes Man Matters, Be Bodywise, Little Joys, and Root Labs. These brands cater to areas such as hair care, skincare, nutrition, and children’s wellness.

The company has built its presence in the direct-to-consumer health segment by combining online consultations with personalised healthcare products. Through its platform, users can consult doctors and receive customised treatment solutions tailored to their needs. Mosaic Wellness currently works with a network of more than 150 doctors and facilitates over 100,000 consultations every month.

Strong revenue growth with declining losses

Mosaic Wellness has also reported significant financial growth in recent years. The company’s operating revenue rose to around Rs 736 crore in FY25, compared to Rs 333 crore in FY24, reflecting strong demand for its digital health services.

At the same time, the startup has improved its financial efficiency. Its net losses declined by nearly 69% to about Rs 12 crore in FY25, indicating better cost management as the company continues to scale its operations.

With the latest funding and improving financial performance, Mosaic Wellness aims to further expand its consumer health offerings and strengthen its position in India’s rapidly growing wellness market.
