KaarTech Secures $11 Mn Investment Led by Playbook Partners to Strengthen Global Enterprise Tech Solutions

Chennai-based digital transformation consulting firm KaarTech has secured $11 million (around ₹100 crore) in a fresh funding round led by Playbook Partners. The round also saw participation from existing investor A91 Partners, which had earlier invested in the company. The new funding reflects growing investor interest in enterprise technology firms that support businesses in modernising their digital infrastructure.

The latest investment is expected to help KaarTech strengthen its global presence and expand its capabilities in enterprise digital transformation solutions.

Funding to Drive Expansion and Innovation

KaarTech plans to use the newly raised capital to accelerate its expansion across international markets, especially in North America and Europe. The company also intends to strengthen its workforce, enhance technology capabilities, and explore strategic acquisitions that could complement its existing service offerings.

The funding round values the company at approximately ₹2,100 crore (around $231 million) on a post-money basis. This valuation reflects the company’s consistent growth and increasing demand for digital transformation services across industries.

The investment follows KaarTech’s earlier funding round in 2023 when it raised $30 million from A91 Partners. That round helped the firm scale operations and strengthened its global delivery capabilities.
