BlissClub has raised Rs 160 crore. The Bengaluru athleisure brand’s round was led by Singularity AMC. The company will use the money to expand its retail network and add new product categories.
Founder and CEO Minu Margeret also invested personal capital. So did Meesho co-founder Vidit Aatrey. Existing investors Elevation Capital and Eight Roads Ventures joined too.
The round
Singularity AMC led the investment. Its co-chief investment officer Sandeep Bapat said the team was impressed by how BlissClub built a strong brand in comfort wear and activewear. Indian Startup News first reported the fundraise talks in May, when a Rs 250 crore round was under discussion at a Rs 750 crore valuation.

From activewear to omnichannel
Margeret founded BlissClub in 2020 as a women’s activewear brand. It has since grown into an omnichannel athleisure business. The retail footprint now spans more than 40 stores across India, plus digital channels and online marketplaces.
The company entered menswear earlier this year. A denim range is next.

The numbers
BlissClub posted operating revenue of Rs 131.5 crore for the year ended March 2025. That is up 51% from Rs 87 crore a year earlier. Its loss narrowed about 55% to Rs 20 crore, from Rs 44 crore.
Where the money goes
The capital will fund new product categories, offline retail growth and product development. Margeret said active lifestyle apparel is becoming a wardrobe staple. The round lets BlissClub double down on innovation and reach more consumers, she added.
Past rounds
The latest investment follows a Rs 33 crore round in May 2025, led by Elevation Capital. BlissClub raised $15 million in a Series A in May 2022, co-led by Eight Roads and Elevation. That came less than a year after a $2.25 million seed round.
