Ahmedabad-based cybersecurity startup Satark AI has received an undisclosed amount of funding in a pre-seed funding round at a $4 million valuation cap through angel investors in the form of convertible notes. Another funding in the convertible notes format was received by the startup in October last year, at a $3 million valuation cap from Infynno Solutions, which was kept undisclosed as well.
Official Press Release Statement
Satark AI has stated in a press release that the amount will be used for running structured pilots with enterprise-grade and growth-stage companies, which will validate the impact of the platform on security operations and executive decision-making.
Founders Rutvij Vora, Hitaishu Vora, and Kiavashin Sethna started Satark AI in June of 2005. Today the startup positions itself as an intelligent decision for mitigating cyber risks faced by enterprises. The platform has integrated existing security tools to mitigate 70 percent of alert noise and convert fragmented signals into context-driven business risk decisions, giving developers, analysts, CISOs, and teams of leadership clarity of action as well.
Satark AI claims that it integrates with the existing security stack of a company, including SIEM, XDR, EDR, IAM, WAF, SOAR, CSSPM, and more. This reduces 70 percent of security noise and condenses 10,000+ fragmented alerts into 5-10 context-driven business risk decisions. It also aims to deliver actionable insights and clarity to every stakeholder, from developers to the board.
The Vision of Satark AI
Rutvij Vora, the co-founder and CEO of Satark AI, said, “The market is not short of security tools. What enterprises lack is intelligence that connects the dots and speaks directly to business risk. That is what Satark AI does and we are building it from India for the world.”
It offers value across roles, including clear prioritization for analysts, real-time risk visibility for CISOs, actionable guidance for developers, and business impact insights for the leadership to support budgeting and decisions to maintain security.
