The Noida-based company continues to benefit from the rising demand for convenient, home-based salon and wellness services across urban India.

Founded in 2016, Yes Madam operates a platform that allows customers to book beauty and wellness services at home. Through its app and website, users can schedule services such as haircuts, facials, waxing, and massages. The company connects customers with trained beauty professionals and generates revenue through service commissions and product sales.

Strong Revenue Growth in FY25

According to the company’s financial filings, Yes Madam’s operating revenue more than doubled to ₹92.5 crore in FY25, compared to ₹45.8 crore in FY24. The growth reflects the platform’s expanding customer base and the increasing popularity of at-home beauty services.

Product sales emerged as a key revenue driver for the company. The sale of beauty and wellness products contributed around ₹50 crore, accounting for nearly 54% of the operating revenue. Meanwhile, service-related income generated about ₹42.5 crore, which includes booking commissions, subscriptions, and other service charges.

In addition to operating revenue, the company earned around ₹2 crore from non-operating sources, including interest income and other financial gains. As a result, the company’s total income reached approximately ₹94.5 crore in FY25, placing it close to the ₹100 crore revenue mark.

Profitability Maintained Despite Rising Costs

Along with revenue growth, the startup also saw a rise in operational expenses due to expansion. The procurement of products became the largest expense, rising to ₹31.4 crore during the fiscal year.

Marketing and promotional spending also increased significantly as the company focused on customer acquisition and brand awareness. In addition, employee benefit expenses grew to ₹18.14 crore, reflecting the company’s investments in talent and operational growth.

Despite these rising expenses, Yes Madam managed to stay profitable. The company reported a net profit of ₹1.8 crore in FY25, demonstrating its ability to scale operations while maintaining financial discipline.

With revenue approaching ₹100 crore and profitability intact, Yes Madam is steadily strengthening its position in India’s growing home beauty and wellness services market.
