Vijya Fintech, the parent company behind MIDASX, has raised ₹12 crore in its latest seed funding round, marking a key milestone in its journey to revolutionize India’s wealth-tech landscape. With this, the company’s total funding now stands at ₹27 crore, backed by a mix of family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs).

Founded by Rajesh Soni, Aakash Bansal, and Paresh Paladiya, Vijya Fintech is positioning itself as a frontrunner in building India’s first open-architecture, AI-powered B2B2C multi-asset marketplace. Through its flagship platform MIDASX, the startup has already onboarded over 1,500 distributors and caters to more than five lakh investors across India.

Empowering Financial Intermediaries with AI

“Our mission is to empower financial intermediaries with next-generation, AI-driven, open-architecture technology, enabling them to stay independent, competitive, and future-ready,” said Aakash Bansal, Co-Founder and CEO of MIDASX.

To further strengthen its leadership, Anil Gupta has joined as Co-Founder and Chief Investment Strategist (AI Lead). With more than 18 years of experience in quantitative investment and AI-driven analytics, Gupta will spearhead the company’s artificial intelligence and investment strategy initiatives.

Expansion and Technology Roadmap

The newly raised capital will be used to enhance the company’s tech stack, expand its team, and scale operations across India. Vijya Fintech plans to accelerate the rollout of its marketplace, integrating multiple asset classes under one ecosystem—including stock baskets, corporate FDs, mutual fund model portfolios, bonds, MLDs, and unlisted equities.

In the upcoming phase, MIDASX will extend its offerings to insurance, PMS, AIF, global equities, commodities, and estate & tax planning, empowering financial advisors and distributors with a comprehensive platform.

The company has also acquired an AI startup to integrate advanced features such as portfolio health scoring, predictive analytics, simulation engines, and walk-forward analysis, further strengthening its AI backbone.

Setting a New Benchmark in Wealth Management

“I’m excited to be part of this transformative journey,” said Anil Gupta, Co-Founder and Chief Investment Strategist (AI Lead). “With the integration of next-generation AI tools, we aim to redefine how investors, distributors, and product manufacturers connect and collaborate on a unified digital platform. MIDASX is set to become a benchmark in intelligent, inclusive, and scalable wealth management.”
