His earlier work at Unilever covered home and personal care segments across India and South Asia, including markets like Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.

Most recently, Varun was the Chief Marketing Officer and Strategy Lead at Davide Campari-Milano N.V. for India and South Asia, where he contributed to shaping the company’s regional marketing and growth strategies.
