Square Yards Revenue FY26 Jumps 48% to ₹2,086 Crore

Gurugram-based prop-tech firm Square Yards has delivered strong growth in FY26, with its revenue reaching ₹2,086 crore. This marks a 48% year-on-year increase and highlights the company’s rapid scale-up across real estate, fintech, and property services. Over the past five years, the company has grown more than eight times, showing consistent momentum in a competitive market.

The last quarter of FY26 turned out to be the best-performing period, with revenue rising 53% YoY. With this pace, Square Yards expects its revenue to grow by over 40% in FY27, indicating continued demand and expansion.

Strong Profit Growth and Better Margins

Square Yards has also improved its profitability in FY26. The company reported an EBITDA of ₹176 crore, which is a 3.7X jump compared to ₹48 crore in FY25. This is also the third straight year of positive EBITDA, showing stability in operations.

The EBITDA margin increased from 3% in FY25 to 8% in FY26. The company is confident that it will achieve double-digit margins in FY27. Its gross profit stood at ₹476 crore, while gross margins remained stable at 23%. This stability suggests that even with rapid growth, the company has maintained strong business fundamentals.

India Leads Growth While Global Markets Expand

India remained the biggest contributor to Square Yards’ revenue in FY26, accounting for 88% of total earnings and growing at 57% YoY. Cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, and Hyderabad played a major role in driving real estate transactions.

At the same time, international markets such as the GCC contributed 12% of revenue but accounted for 21% of the total Gross Transaction Value (GTV). This shows that the company is steadily building a strong presence outside India as well.

Fintech and Property Services Boost Business

Square Yards’ fintech arm, Urban Money, played a key role in FY26 growth. It disbursed loans worth ₹87,831 crore during the year, with most loans coming from the mortgage segment.

On the real estate side, the company facilitated over 2.73 lakh customer acquisitions and processed transactions worth ₹13,236 crore. Its total transaction value has now reached ₹70,000 crore.

The company also expanded its interiors and property management services by designing 1,840 homes and managing 3,719 properties. With these multiple verticals growing together, Square Yards is building a complete real estate ecosystem in India and beyond.
