She studied at Ryan International School in Mumbai. She started working at eight or nine years old, which meant growing up between school schedules and shooting floors rather than a conventional childhood.
Her full name is Sayyed Arishfa Khan. Fans often search for her as Arshifa Khan, and both spellings point to the same person.
Arishfa Khan Acting Career as a Child Artist
Her acting break came in 2012 when she was cast as young Gunjan in Ek Veer Ki Ardaas… Veera, produced by Beyond Dreams for Star Plus.
The role made her a household face. The track featuring Gunjan, Ranvijay and Veera, played by Bhavesh Balchandani and Harshita Ojha, was one of the highest-rated stretches on Indian television at the time.
Work as a child artist followed across television, and her recognisability stayed with viewers even after she stopped appearing as a regular on daily soaps.
How Arishfa Khan Became a Digital Creator
The second phase of her career came online. She built a large following on short-video platforms and then carried that audience to Instagram as reels became the dominant format in India.
That shift is what separates her from actors who rely on television alone. Her content is fashion, lifestyle and transition videos, which is why brands treat her as an influencer as much as an actress.
She now has about 29.7 million followers on Instagram, putting her among the most-followed Indian women on the platform.
Arishfa Khan Brand and Modelling Work
Her modelling and brand work runs alongside her acting. Creators at her follower count typically earn from sponsored posts, campaign appearances and collaborations rather than from screen work alone.
That mix is one reason her name carries more commercial weight today than it did when she was a child actor on a daily soap.
Arishfa Khan in Bigg Boss 20
Arishfa Khan entered Bigg Boss 20 in 2026, the season hosted by Salman Khan. She arrived as the most-followed contestant in the house.
Inside the show she has been part of several arguments with housemates, and those clashes have kept her in the season’s conversations. Her youth and her huge outside following have made her one of the contestants other housemates are careful with.
For a creator whose audience is mostly online, the show also works as a mass-media introduction, which matters because it reaches viewers who do not follow her on Instagram.
