Taipei City, Taiwan : India’s shooting star, Chandra Mohan Tiwari, has brought glory to the nation by clinching two gold medals at the World Masters Games 2025, held in Taipei City, Taiwan from May 17 to May 27.

Tiwari secured gold in both the 50-meter .22 Rifle 3 Position and 50-meter Prone events, further cementing his reputation on the global stage. He also achieved a commendable fourth place in the highly competitive 10-meter Air Rifle event.

This victory officially crowns him as the World Champion in the Masters category, making it a moment of immense pride for India.

Tiwari’s latest achievements add to his already impressive record. In 2023 at Asia Pacific Master Games he had bagged three gold medals in Korea in the same Masters category, triumphing in the 10-meter Air Rifle, 50-meter .22 Rifle 3 Position, and Prone events. With a total of five gold medals to his name, he is now the only Indian shooter to achieve this feat in the Masters category.
