The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has initiated the application process for the State Service Examination 2025. Candidates looking to apply for this prestigious examination can submit their applications online through the official MPPSC website at mppsc.mp.gov.in. This year, only 158 posts are available, including positions for Deputy Collector, DSP, and Naib Tehsildar, among others. The limited vacancies have left many aspirants frustrated, as they had anticipated a greater number of openings.

MPPSC Recruitment 2025: Candidates’ Reactions

Candidates are expressing their dissatisfaction, stating that after the conclusion of the protests, they were assured that more positions would be announced. However, compared to the demand, the current vacancies are less than 30%. Last year, 110 posts were filled, while 283 and 427 positions were filled in 2023 and 2022, respectively. Many candidates argue that numerous positions have remained vacant for years, yet the expected vacancies are not being announced.

MP PCS 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Candidates must possess a graduation degree from a recognized university, college, or institution in any discipline. Those in their final year of graduation can also apply, provided they present their original documents during the interview.

Age Limit:

Applicants must be at least 21 years old. For police services, the maximum age limit is set at 33 years.

MP PCS 2025 Application Fee

The application fee for candidates in the SC, ST, EWS, OBC, and Divyang categories is ₹250. For other categories and candidates from other states, the fee is ₹500.

MPPSC 2025 Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the Madhya Pradesh State Service 2025 will be conducted in three stages: preliminary examination, main examination, and personal interview. Candidates who qualify for the preliminary examination will be eligible to sit for the main examination, and those who clear the main exam will advance to the interview stage. Only candidates who successfully pass the interview will be selected for the positions.

MPPSC 2025 Prelims Exam Date

The preliminary examination for the Madhya Pradesh Civil Service Recruitment 2025 is scheduled for February 16, 2025. Paper 1 will cover General Studies from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by Paper 2, which focuses on General Aptitude Test, from 2:15 PM to 4:15 PM.
