Zoho has partnered with KPMG in India to support enterprise digital transformation, bringing together KPMG’s consulting and advisory capabilities with Zoho’s portfolio of more than 60 cloud-based business applications.
The strategic alliance announced on Wednesday targets growing demand from mid-market and large enterprises for integrated, scalable and privacy-focused SaaS solutions, including tools powered by AI.
What the alliance will cover
The collaboration will span different stages of the transformation journey, from advisory and strategy to implementation and ongoing managed services. The two companies will work through alliance, managed services and reseller models, giving them flexible ways to engage with clients.

Advisory plus cloud, an integrated approach
Unaise Urfi, Partner, Digital Solutions and Strategy at KPMG in India, said the collaboration is intended to help organisations take a more integrated approach to transformation. The alliance, he said, can help enterprises align technology adoption with their broader strategic objectives.
Zoho said many businesses in India struggle with disconnected tools and siloed data systems, which also limits how far AI projects can scale. Bishan Singh, Director, Global Partner Program at Zoho, said the alliance combines Zoho’s technology stack with KPMG in India’s advisory expertise to support integrated cloud solutions covering automation, collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
Privacy and data residency in focus
The partnership comes at a time when data protection and residency regulations are tightening across India. Singh pointed out that Zoho owns its entire technology stack, including the AI layer built into it, which means enterprises will not have to compromise on privacy, data residency or governance.
The companies said the alliance is intended to help enterprises modernise operations while addressing areas including governance, scalability and sustainable value creation.
What this means for Indian enterprises
For mid-market and large companies, the tie-up offers a single path to transformation, combining strategy advice from one of the world’s largest professional services networks with a cloud suite built for Indian business realities. Zoho, which competes with global players like Microsoft and Google in the productivity and business software space, has long positioned itself on data sovereignty and affordable pricing.
KPMG in India, for its part, gains a strong technology partner to anchor its digital transformation engagements. The alliance also reflects a broader trend of consulting firms teaming up with homegrown software companies as Indian enterprises accelerate their cloud and AI adoption.
