Ultravibrant Integrated Energy has filed its draft IPO papers with SEBI. The Rajasthan-registered solar and battery storage company submitted the draft red herring prospectus on 24 September 2026, as per the filing.

The issue has two parts. A fresh issue of up to 1.20 crore equity shares, and an offer for sale of up to 25 lakh shares by existing shareholders. Beeline Capital Advisors is the book running lead manager, and Niche Technologies is the registrar, as per the filing.

Where The Money Goes

The company will use Rs 62 crore of the fresh issue for long-term working capital. That is the largest single item in the plan.

Another Rs 22 crore is earmarked to pre-pay or repay borrowings, in full or in part. The two items together come to Rs 84 crore. The balance is proposed for general corporate purposes, according to the draft prospectus.

Heavy working capital needs are common in solar and storage. Project payments flow in over years, so contractors and independent power producers keep money locked inside the business.

Only the fresh issue brings money to the company. The offer for sale is a route for existing shareholders to sell part of their holding, and that money goes to them, not to the company.

What The Company Does

Storage is the newer half of India’s renewable build-out. Solar generates mostly in daylight, so batteries are needed to supply power through the evening peak.

Ultravibrant was incorporated in June 2019. It calls itself a renewable energy solutions provider, with solar power and battery energy storage systems as its focus.

Its services run across the renewable energy value chain. These include EPC, or engineering, procurement and construction, independent power producer work, operations and maintenance, installation and commissioning, and consultancy, as per the filing.

The draft papers set aside at least 75 per cent of the offer for qualified institutional buyers and up to 15 per cent for non-institutional investors. Retail investors get up to 10 per cent.

The filing lands in a busy season for draft papers, with several companies approaching SEBI for approval in recent weeks.

What To Watch

The price band and the issue timeline are not fixed yet. Investors will also want detail on the order book, because a larger share of operations and maintenance work would make the revenue stream steadier.
