In recent years, Uttar Pradesh has witnessed rapid development, and one of the most ambitious projects on the horizon is the establishment of a smart city near the Jewar Airport by the Yamuna Authority. To enhance the heritage city’s capabilities, planners propose the development of several key facilities:
– A Heritage Center spanning 350 acres
– A Yoga, Wellness, and Naturopathy Center over 103 acres
– A Green Park covering 97 acres
– Tourist Travel Facilities on 46 acres
– Convention Center occupying 42 acres
– An Ayurveda Center over 35 acres
– Star and Budget Hotels on 26 acres and 19.6 acres, respectively
– Old Age Homes on 10 acres
– Service Apartments situated on 6 acres
– Additional 8.4 acres designated for Tourist Facilities
