India’s fast-growing fitness equipment brand Slovic has emerged as one of the biggest success stories in the country’s booming home fitness market. Riding on the growing demand for at-home workout solutions, the company has crossed ₹200 crore in annualised recurring revenue (ARR) in April 2026 while also turning EBITDA positive for the first time.
The milestone reflects the rapid transformation of India’s fitness and wellness industry, where consumers are increasingly investing in home gym setups, resistance training equipment, and wellness-focused lifestyles. Slovic’s strong growth trajectory also highlights how digital-first consumer brands are scaling aggressively through e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
The company’s recorded revenue jumped sharply from ₹30 crore in FY25 to ₹92 crore in FY26, showcasing massive year-on-year expansion. Over the last two years, the brand has reportedly achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 250%, placing it among the fastest-growing players in India’s fitness equipment segment.

Slovic Turns Profitable Amid Rapid Expansion
One of the biggest highlights for the company is its move into profitability. Slovic officially became EBITDA positive in April 2026, a milestone many early-stage consumer brands struggle to achieve while scaling operations aggressively.
The company’s growth comes at a time when Indian consumers are prioritising fitness and convenience together. The demand for compact and affordable home fitness products such as dumbbells, resistance bands, adjustable workout kits, yoga accessories, and recovery tools has increased significantly across urban markets.
Industry experts believe the post-pandemic fitness mindset has permanently changed buying behaviour in India. Instead of depending entirely on gyms, many consumers are now building personal workout spaces at home. Slovic has successfully tapped into this demand with products designed for beginners as well as serious fitness enthusiasts.
Despite strong investor interest, the company currently has no immediate plans to raise fresh capital. This decision stands out in the startup ecosystem, especially at a time when several consumer brands continue to depend heavily on external funding for expansion.
Earlier, the parent company had secured investments from investors including Crossbeam Venture Partners, FJ Labs, Coventure, and Titan Capital. However, Slovic’s latest profitability milestone indicates that the brand is now focusing more on sustainable growth and operational efficiency rather than aggressive fundraising.
Powerhouse91 Acquisition Accelerated Brand Growth
Slovic’s growth story also received a major boost after its acquisition by Powerhouse91 in November 2021. Operated by PH91 Pvt Ltd, Powerhouse91 follows a “Thrasio-style” business model, where high-potential digital-first brands are acquired and scaled rapidly through operational improvements and stronger distribution.
The acquisition amount was not disclosed publicly, but the impact became visible almost immediately. Within just two months after the acquisition, Slovic reportedly witnessed a 1.7x increase in revenue along with a 3x jump in product volumes while maintaining profitability.
Powerhouse91 co-founders Shashwat Diesh and Aqib Mohammed had then outlined an ambitious vision for the fitness brand. Their goal was to scale Slovic by nearly 15 to 20 times through better supply chain management, stronger marketing strategies, inventory optimisation, and technology-driven operations.
The acquisition also helped Slovic strengthen its online presence and expand faster across multiple digital marketplaces. Analysts say the aggregator model has enabled emerging Indian brands to access better logistics, deeper consumer insights, and larger marketing budgets without building everything independently.
As competition intensifies in India’s wellness and fitness segment, such operational advantages have become increasingly important for scaling brands profitably.
Tiger Shroff Campaign and Omnichannel Presence Boost Visibility
To strengthen brand awareness further, Slovic roped in Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff as its brand ambassador for a dedicated campaign titled “Gym Ghar Lao.” The campaign focused heavily on promoting affordable at-home fitness solutions to young Indian consumers.
Tiger Shroff’s fitness-focused image aligned naturally with the brand’s positioning and helped Slovic connect with audiences across social media and digital platforms. Marketing experts believe celebrity-backed campaigns continue to play a major role in influencing lifestyle and wellness purchases in India, especially among younger buyers.
Apart from branding efforts, Slovic has also built a strong omnichannel presence across leading e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms including Amazon India, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart, helping the company reach customers across major Indian cities.
Quick-commerce availability has emerged as an important growth driver for lifestyle brands, especially for smaller fitness accessories that consumers increasingly expect to receive within minutes or hours.
With profitability achieved and demand for home fitness products continuing to rise, Slovic now appears well-positioned to strengthen its presence further in India’s expanding fitness economy. The company’s growth journey also reflects a larger shift in consumer habits, where wellness, convenience, and digital shopping are becoming deeply interconnected in everyday life.
