Gurugram-based SCIKIQ has raised $1.5 million (around Rs 14 crore) in its maiden Pre-Series A funding round led by Triton Investment Advisors. The company plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its AI-powered platform, improve product development, and expand its presence in international markets.

Founded in April 2023 by Gaurav Shinh and Rohit Kumar, SCIKIQ is building an enterprise intelligence platform that helps businesses organise and use large amounts of scattered data. The startup is registered as SCIKIQ Data Private Limited and is headquartered in Gurugram, Haryana. The company focuses on helping enterprises turn fragmented and unstructured data into meaningful business insights. Its AI-native platform combines several technologies including data integration, analytics, conversational AI, AutoML, data governance, and Generative AI into one system. SCIKIQ says this allows businesses to access trusted data faster and make quicker decisions.

SCIKIQ Plans International Expansion

The newly raised funding will mainly support SCIKIQ’s global expansion strategy. The startup is planning to open local offices and hire regional teams in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the UAE. It also wants to strengthen its sales and leadership teams to attract more enterprise clients in these regions.

According to the company, many large organisations struggle with disconnected data spread across multiple systems and departments. SCIKIQ aims to solve this issue by creating a unified business data platform that can deliver a complete and real-time view of enterprise operations within days or weeks instead of months. The platform offers several enterprise-focused features such as real-time data ingestion, log-based Change Data Capture (CDC), automated data pipelines, metadata management, master data governance, and knowledge graph-based search capabilities. These tools help businesses access, manage, and analyse data more efficiently.

SCIKIQ also plans to develop a blockchain-powered data exchange marketplace where enterprises can securely share and monetise data products. The company believes businesses should treat data as a valuable asset that can create new revenue opportunities instead of only using it for storage and reporting purposes. The platform supports hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and on-premise deployment models, making it suitable for companies with complex technology infrastructure and compliance requirements.

Startup Reports Strong Revenue Growth

Despite being a relatively young startup, SCIKIQ has reported strong financial growth. According to the company, it generated revenue of Rs 4.76 crore during the financial year ending March 31, 2025. The startup also claimed a one-year revenue CAGR of 142% and a massive EBITDA CAGR of 2,749%.

SCIKIQ currently serves clients across multiple sectors including banking and financial services, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, healthcare, airlines, and supply chain management. The startup says its platform is designed for industries that deal with complex business operations and large volumes of enterprise data.

Its client portfolio includes organisations such as the London Stock Exchange, Aster Hospitals, and BrandSafway. The enterprise intelligence market is highly competitive, with SCIKIQ competing against global technology companies such as Databricks, Microsoft, Atlan, and Boomi. However, the startup believes its integrated no-code platform and AI-first approach help it stand out in the market.

SCIKIQ Highlights Real Business Impact

SCIKIQ has also shared multiple case studies showing how its platform has improved business efficiency for enterprise clients. In one example, the startup worked with a US-based banker’s bank where it automated data preparation and processing tasks. This reportedly reduced client onboarding time from three to four months to less than one month. The company also said the project helped re-engineer eight full-time equivalent roles and improved operational maturity levels.

In another case, SCIKIQ partnered with a freight and logistics company to create a single version of truth across different business units and regions. This allowed management teams to monitor operational and financial KPIs in real time. The company claimed the solution reduced the client’s “data-to-action” timeline from months to just days while also helping avoid nearly $8,000 per month in spending on multiple ETL and reporting tools.

The startup also supported a leading direct selling company by combining data from different organisational silos into one unified platform. This helped the business measure distributor performance more effectively and improve engagement through a self-service data portal. With fresh funding, strong revenue growth, and increasing demand for AI-driven enterprise intelligence solutions, SCIKIQ is now aiming to strengthen its position in the global enterprise AI and data management market.
