Tanvi Exports India Limited, a Rajkot-based gold jewellery maker, filed its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI on 30 September 2026. The filing sets out the company’s plan for an initial public offering. The company’s draft papers describe the proposed offer and its business operations.

Offer details

Tanvi Exports plans to offer 71.60 lakh shares to the public, according to its draft papers. The proposed equity shares are to be listed on the NSE and the BSE, the papers state. The DRHP says not more than 50 per cent of the offer is reserved for qualified institutional buyers. This sets a ceiling on that category’s allocation, according to the filing. Non-institutional investors are reserved at least 15 per cent of the offer, the papers state. Retail individual bidders are reserved at least 35 per cent, according to the same draft documents. The filing therefore sets minimum allocations for those two investor categories and a maximum for qualified institutional buyers.
