Kisaan Se Kitchen Tak (KSKT), the Delhi NCR-based agri-commerce platform, has raised $1.3 million in a funding round. This new capital, a mix of equity and debt, will fuel KSKT’s ambitious plans to expand into over 20 cities across India and strengthen its AI-driven supply chain.
Connecting Farmers Directly to Urban Kitchens
Founded by Santosh Srivastava and Ishaan Hukku, KSKT operates a vertically integrated farm-to-fork platform. It connects more than 5,000 farmers to over 32,000 customers, serving both B2B and B2C segments. The startup’s mission is simple: cut out the middlemen, deliver fresh, naturally grown produce, and ensure fair returns for farmers.
KSKT’s approach is rooted in sustainability and transparency. By leveraging AI tools and real-time tracking, the platform minimizes wastage—currently just 3%—and maintains a 68% repeat usage rate among customers. The company’s logistics backbone allows produce to be harvested after orders are placed, ensuring maximum freshness at the consumer’s doorstep.
Rapid Growth and Bold Targets
KSKT has reported revenues of ₹14.5 crore for FY25, marking a fourfold increase year-on-year. The founders are now targeting ₹100 crore in annual recurring revenue within the next three years. This will be achieved by scaling logistics, deepening penetration into tier I and tier II cities, and onboarding up to 50,000 farmers in the coming phases.
“Our model is built to reduce friction in the agricultural supply chain while ensuring consistent quality and price transparency,” said co-founder Santosh Srivastava.
Tech-Driven Supply Chain for a Healthier India
The fresh funding will be used to:
- Expand into more than 20 new cities
- Enhance AI-enabled demand forecasting and supply chain management
- Set up localized logistics hubs for faster deliveries
- Onboard thousands of new farmers, especially from tier II and tier III cities
KSKT is part of an accelerator program that supports high-growth startups from smaller Indian cities. The accelerator is now accepting applications for its Summer 2025 cohort, offering more opportunities for regional entrepreneurs.
A Movement for Happy Kitchens and Happy Farmers
KSKT’s vision is to link millions of urban kitchens with thousands of Indian farmers, promoting healthy, chemical-free food and boosting rural incomes. By focusing on direct farm-to-kitchen delivery, sustainable practices, and technology-driven efficiency, KSKT is setting new benchmarks in India’s agri-commerce sector.
With its latest funding, KSKT is poised to make fresh, healthy food accessible to more Indian households, while ensuring that farmers receive the respect and returns they deserve.
