The bank is focusing on brand visibility by displaying marketing materials at main post offices and has organized over 25,000 financial literacy and customer awareness camps both inside and outside post offices. As of December 31, 2024, IPPB had opened 7.03 crore Aadhaar-linked accounts, updated mobile numbers for 7.68 crore customers, and provided child enrollment services to over 81.17 lakh beneficiaries. Additionally, it has issued digital life certificates to more than 24 lakh pensioners, ensuring they receive their benefits without unnecessary delays.
