Bower School of Entrepreneurship has raised Rs 11.5 crore in a seed funding round led by a group of prominent investors. The funds will fuel its mission to replace traditional teaching methods with hands-on, industry-aligned programs across age groups.

Funding to Drive AI Innovation and Global Reach

The capital will accelerate the development of Bower EDGE, an AI-powered course builder designed to deliver personalized entrepreneurship training at scale. Additionally, the institution plans to establish physical campuses in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the USA within five years.

Founder Pavan Allena emphasized, “This funding will enhance student experiences and help us become the global leader in entrepreneurial education”.

Programs Tailored for All Age Groups

Bower’s curriculum spans from school classrooms to executive boardrooms:

  • Bower SEED: Introduces K–12 students to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and design thinking.
  • Bower UG (launching August 2025): Undergraduate program where students build real ventures under industry experts.
  • Bower LEAD: A four-month executive program for professionals and founders to scale businesses.

The institution is also deepening partnerships with universities, investors, and corporate leaders to enhance its experiential learning model.

Impressive Growth Metrics

Bower has already impacted 5,000+ students through its K-12 segment and registered Rs 1.5 crore in Q4 FY25 revenue. With the fresh funds, it aims to cross Rs 15 crore in annual revenue by FY26 and expand its team of 27 members and 63 faculty.

The executive program, Bower LEAD, will host four cohorts in 2025, targeting 150 participants. The institution also reported 1.5 crore+ bookings within three months of launch, reflecting strong demand.

Vision for the Future

Bower’s goal is to make entrepreneurial thinking accessible globally. “We want to empower individuals to lead in a fast-changing world,” Allena added. The focus remains on real-world skills, mentorship from CXOs, and global immersions to nurture innovation.

Why It Matters
As India’s startup ecosystem grows, Bower’s model bridges the gap between education and industry needs. Its AI-driven approach and global ambitions position it as a key player in shaping tomorrow’s entrepreneurs.
