Aquapulse has raised ₹25 crore in a Series A funding round led by NABVENTURES, marking a strong vote of confidence in India’s growing aquaculture and agritech space. The funding comes at a time when fish and shrimp farming is gaining momentum across the country, especially in coastal and semi-urban regions.
The startup plans to use the fresh capital to expand its operations, upgrade its technology platform, and strengthen its presence across key aquaculture hubs. The focus is clear – make aquaculture more efficient, organised, and profitable for farmers.
A Smarter Way to Support Farmers
Founded in 2022 by Abhishek Dwivedy and Abhilash Dwivedy, Aquapulse is building solutions that help farmers tackle everyday challenges. Through AI-driven tools and data insights, the platform helps monitor pond conditions, manage disease risks, and optimise feed usage.
For many farmers, these insights can make a real difference. Instead of relying only on experience or guesswork, they can now take more informed decisions, leading to better yields and reduced losses.
Building a “Pond-to-Port” Ecosystem
Aquapulse is also focusing on solving problems beyond farming. The startup provides post-harvest support such as grading, logistics, and market linkages. This ensures that farmers not only grow better produce but also get access to the right buyers at fair prices. This end-to-end approach helps reduce inefficiencies in the seafood supply chain and creates a more structured ecosystem.
With this funding, Aquapulse is set to scale its farmer network and expand across India. The company is also working towards promoting sustainable aquaculture practices, making the sector more future-ready.
As demand for seafood continues to rise, Aquapulse is positioning itself as a key player in transforming how aquaculture works in India.
