In just three years, Gurugram-based Harfun has transformed the Indian men’s workwear market. Launched in 2022 by Saurabh Agrawal, Harfun was born from the chaos of the COVID-19 pandemic. As offices closed and comfort became king, Saurabh saw a gap: why couldn’t formal wear feel as easy as activewear? This vision led to the creation of Harfun, a brand blending style, science, and comfort for India’s new-age professionals.

WorkWear 2.0: Where Technology Meets Tradition

Harfun’s breakthrough came with its WorkWear 2.0 line—clothing crafted from performance fabrics, usually reserved for sportswear. These garments offer wrinkle resistance, four-way stretch, SPF 50+ protection, anti-odour, and moisture-wicking properties. The result? Shirts, blazers, and chinos that look sharp but feel feather-light and breathable.

The brand’s focus on innovation has paid off. Harfun’s 2035 Work Suit, unveiled at its third anniversary event, showcases the future of professional attire: smart, functional, and ready for India’s dynamic work culture.

Explosive Growth and Loyal Customers

Harfun’s growth has been nothing short of phenomenal. The company has achieved a 400% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in its first three years. With over 2.5 lakh customers and a 70% repeat purchase rate, Harfun has become a favourite among young professionals. The brand’s annual run rate stands at ₹50 crore, with projections to hit ₹100 crore GMV by FY26.

“Our commitment to quality and performance has built a loyal following. We’re excited by the opportunities in India’s rapidly evolving corporate sector,” says Saurabh Agrawal.

What’s Next for Harfun?

Harfun is not stopping at online sales. The brand is set to launch experiential stores in Delhi NCR and expand internationally, starting with Dubai. Its D2C strategy remains core, but partnerships with platforms like Myntra are helping it reach a wider audience.

The Indian Apparel Boom

India’s apparel market is booming, projected to reach $200 billion by 2025. With rising demand for comfort-first, tech-enabled clothing, Harfun is perfectly positioned to lead the next wave of menswear innovation.
