As one of India’s leading automobile manufacturers, Maruti Suzuki is set to increase the prices of its vehicles once again in 2025. Following a 4% price hike on January 1, 2025, attributed to rising input costs, Maruti is now planning a further increase that could go up to ₹32,500 across various models. If you’re in the market for an affordable Maruti vehicle, now is the time to act before the price changes take effect.
Maruti Celerio to Experience the Highest Price Hike
The Maruti Celerio, a popular hatchback, currently ranges from ₹5.35 lakh to ₹7.05 lakh. Starting February 1, 2025, the price of the Celerio will see a significant increase of ₹32,500, making it one of the models with the highest price adjustment, according to a report by CNBC Awaaz.
Minimal Price Increases on Select Models
While some models face substantial price increases, others will only see minor hikes. Among the vehicles adjusting prices starting February 1, 2025, the Maruti Jimny will see the lowest increase at just ₹1,500. Additionally, the prices of the Maruti Swift and S-Presso will rise by ₹5,000 each.
